1. General Conditions

Floristique Studio operates this website via the Shopify platform. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Floristique Studio.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our Service or products without express written permission from us.

2. Eligibility & Usage

By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence (18 years of age in Lithuania) or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products & Studio Artistry

Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person or geographic region.
Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, as many of our products are floral or handcrafted, slight variations may occur. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

Currency: All prices are listed in EUR (€).
Taxes: Prices include VAT where applicable under Lithuanian law. Shipping costs and any relevant duties are calculated at checkout.
Security: We accept secure payments via Shopify-supported providers. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Logistics: Shipping times are estimates and may vary by location. Floristique Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or those suspected of fraudulent activity.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (EU Law)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights:

Standard Goods: You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the items are in their original condition.
Exceptions: Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (such as fresh flowers/perishables) or custom-made/personalized items.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, floral designs, graphics, logos, and text—is the exclusive intellectual property of Floristique Studio. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site to:

Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Infringe upon our intellectual property or the rights of others.
Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to compromise the security of the Shopify platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Floristique Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or the purchase of our products.
