At Floristique Studio, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Under EU law, you also have a mandatory 14-day "cooling off" period to cancel your order for any reason, provided the goods are not perishable or customized.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn or unused).

  • Equipped with all original tags and packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us: Email floristiquestudio@gmail.com to initiate the request.

  2. Ship the item: Once accepted, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label.

  3. Address: All returns must be sent to: Užnerio 53H-1, Kaunas, 47491, Lithuania.

Note: Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our studio, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable Goods: Fresh flowers, plants, or food.

  • Custom Orders: Personalized items or special floral arrangements.

  • Personal Care: Beauty or hygiene products.

  • Final Sale: Items purchased on sale or gift cards.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exchanges

The most efficient way to ensure you get what you want is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

  • Inspection: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
